Factions

Currently there are 4 major factions in Conan Exiles (sorted by strength from weak to strong) :

• The Darfari-Cannibals
• The Black Hand
• The Dogs of the Desert
• The Relic Hunters

Each of those has a major settlement and little camps around it.

The Exiles, a scattering of non-aligned NPCs, are the ones you will encounter first. They can be found standing around the big bonfires early in the game.
